Marketing Coordinator

Job Summary

Better Care at Home is seeking a motivated and results-driven Marketing Coordinator to expand our community presence and referral partnerships throughout the Indiana area.
In this role, you will support and execute the department’s marketing efforts, ensuring campaigns and outreach initiatives are implemented successfully and in a timely manner. This position combines digital marketing strategy, data analysis, and community relationship-building to drive measurable growth. You will focus on building relationships with hospitals, assisted living communities, case managers, and community organizations while strengthening our brand visibility both online and in person.
This position plays a vital role in helping families access quality home care services in our community.
Key Responsibilities

Market Research & Strategy
  • Research purchasing habits and behaviors of our target market
  • Conduct targeted market research to identify growth opportunities
  • Identify, research, and analyze competitors
  • Collect and analyze sales data; prepare reports and present findings to management
Digital Marketing & Campaigns
  • Create and implement marketing campaigns (digital and in-person)
  • Track and report on online marketing activities
  • Monitor website analytics and digital engagement metrics
  • Utilize SEO techniques to improve search visibility
  • Manage Google Ads and online marketing tools
Community Outreach & Referral Growth
  • Develop and maintain referral partnerships (hospitals, rehab centers, assisted living, case managers)
  • Conduct in-person outreach visits and networking
  • Plan and promote community events (health fairs, senior events, CPR classes, etc.)
  • Track marketing activity and referral conversions
  • Support brand growth initiatives and local engagement efforts
Brand & Content Development
  • Manage social media platforms and content calendars
  • Create flyers, newsletters, and promotional materials
  • Maintain and update website content using CMS platforms
Qualifications
  • Previous experience as a Marketing Coordinator or similar position
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and research methods
  • Knowledge of search engine optimization (SEO) techniques
  • Familiarity with Content Management Systems (CMS)
  • Strong communication and networking skills
  • Comfortable with in-person outreach and relationship building
  • Experience in healthcare, home care, or senior services
  • Knowledge of social media marketing and basic design tools (Canva preferred)
  • Organized, self-motivated, and goal-oriented
