Marketing Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:

• Write website copy, blogs, emails, and social content for clients and the agency
• Build and manage social media calendars
• Execute marketing projects led by strategy and account managers
• Use AI tools like ChatGPT and Gemini to support content and research
• Assist with automation setup in HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, and similar tools
• Support SEO and paid search efforts
• Help create lead magnets and nurture emails
• Provide ongoing marketing production support across accounts

Qualifications & Skills:

• 1 to 3 years of experience in a marketing or agency environment
• Strong interest and working knowledge of AI-driven marketing tools and trends
• Familiarity with marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot or ActiveCampaign
• Basic understanding of SEO and search marketing best practices
• Excellent writing, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred
• Exposure to CRE, Healthcare, or Nonprofit marketing is a plus
• Ability to work on-site in Roselle, IL, four days a week
