Marketing Coordinator

Job Overview:

The Marketing Coordinator collaborates with all aspects of marketing at the firm. They drive brand awareness, business development and client engagement. They are forward thinking and propel the firm toward work that aligns with our goals and values. They have a critical eye for color, composition, typography, and design.

Responsibilities include assisting in marketing strategy and brand management, enhancing brand visibility and attracting new clients, ensuring consistency in graphic standards and communications, conducting market research to identify growth and project opportunities, collaborating with leadership to create targeted marketing strategies for client acquisition and retention, assist in the search and preparation of RFQs and RFPs to secure new projects, nurture relationships with clients, partners and industry organizations, create compelling marketing materials, manage the website, SEO, and social media to enhance engagement and outreach, manage and direct photography of projects and events in within our region, oversee the marketing budget.

Duties:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing campaigns across digital and print channels, including social media, email marketing, and advertising sales initiatives
  • Manage content creation and distribution for websites, blogs, and social media platforms using tools like WordPress and Adobe Creative Suite
  • Optimize website content for SEO to improve search engine rankings and increase organic traffic
  • Implement marketing automation strategies to nurture leads and enhance customer engagement
  • Analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics and other analytics tools; prepare reports to inform future strategies
  • Coordinate with sales teams to align marketing efforts with product management goals and sales targets
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and new opportunities in B2B marketing and e-commerce sectors

Skills:

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office, WordPress, and Meta Business Suite
  • Excellent time management skills including ability to work efficiently, prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Excellent communicator both verbally and in writing.
  • Ability to balance the use of AI as a resource
  • Excellent thinker and creative problem solver

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and collaborate with multiple disciplines

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors of Fine Arts, Marketing, Communications, or related concentration
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience preferred
