Job Summary:
Windermere Real Estate Co. in Seattle is hiring a full-time Marketing Coordinator. This position plays an important role by performing a number of duties designed to assist Brokers in supporting their marketing and technology needs. You must be able to follow through on projects, prioritize workload, organize many details and uphold the highest level of confidentiality throughout the role.
Essential Duties:
- Coordinate timing of listings.
- Manage marketing requests from 60+ Brokers for their listings and general business marketing.
- Maintain an organized office space and tidiness in both personal and shared office space.
- Commitment to understanding individual personalities to better understand how to support each Broker.
- Work in a team environment to support other staff positions when they are on vacation.
- Regularly meet with the staff team to coordinate broker care across office teams.
- Partner with current Broker Care team in daily collaboration, contribution, organization, general office support and fun.
- Create flyers and social media posts with Canva and other internal platforms.
- Monitor requirements by the NWMLS and Windermere on all listing marketing.
- Provide support for Brokers in using/maneuvering web-based products provided by the NWMLS & Windermere.
- Willingness to troubleshoot technology-related issues.
- Willingness to ask questions to always be building a stronger knowledge base.
Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of office or administrative experience.
- Strong knowledge and confidence with Canva.
- Experience with managing social media and building a brand.
- The ability to think, listen, communicate and function within a fast paced + fun environment that is Windermere!
- Team player able to inspire, build consensus, work collaboratively, see the big picture, and work across functional and organizational boundaries.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $21.00 - $24.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
