Founded in 2007, Wildlands Engineering specializes in stream and wetland restoration, watershed planning, and water quality management. With offices across North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee, and Virginia, we serve public agencies and conservation organizations throughout the Southeast.

What You'll Do

Proposal Development & Coordination (Primary Focus)

This role is centered on managing and producing high-quality proposals in response to public sector RFPs and RFQs.

You will:

• Lead and coordinate technical proposals and qualification packages
• Draft, edit, and format proposal content for clarity and compliance
• Manage schedules, deadlines, and internal review processes
• Coordinate with subconsultants to gather required materials
• Oversee final production and submission (digital and/or hard copy)
• Monitor procurement websites for new opportunites
• Maintain CRM data, resumes, and project infromation

Brand & Marketing Support

While proposals are the core focus, you'll also:

• Maintain and update branded templates and marketing collateral
• Review client-facing materials for brand consistency
• Create graphics for proposals, presentations, brochures, and social media
• Assist with website updates and content development
• Support conference and industry event coordination

What We're Looking for

• 2+ years of professional marketing experience
• AEC industry experience strongly preferred
• Demonstrated proposal development experience (highly preferred)
• Exceptional attention to detail and proofreading skills
• Strong written communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office(Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite(InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
• Organized, proactive, team-oriented mindset

Pay: $53,000.00 - $63,000.00 per year
