Position Overview

We are seeking a Marketing & Growth Coordinator who thrives in a structured, performance-driven environment.

This is not a purely creative role. This is an execution-focused role responsible for consistent content production, SEO optimization, digital visibility, and measurable growth outcomes.

You will work directly with leadership to execute a structured marketing schedule and content strategy designed to support B2B lead generation.

The ideal candidate is:

Core Responsibilities

1. Content Production (Primary Responsibility)

  • Produce 2–3 SEO-optimized blog articles per week
  • Develop weekly LinkedIn content targeting business decision-makers
  • Assist in drafting weekly email campaigns
  • Support short-form content creation (when needed)

You will follow a structured workflow:

  • Topic & thesis alignment
  • AI-assisted draft generation
  • Strategic refinement
  • SEO optimization (via SEMrush or similar)
  • Publication & performance tracking

Consistency and production cadence are critical in this role.

2. SEO & Website Optimization

  • Conduct keyword research aligned to business objectives
  • Optimize blog content using SEO tools (meta descriptions, headers, internal links, keyword placement)
  • Track keyword performance and ranking movement
  • Maintain structured content calendar
  • Assist in improving on-page SEO performance

Understanding SEO as a growth lever is essential.

3. Digital Presence & Lead Generation

  • Manage and update Google Business Profile
  • Monitor and respond to reviews
  • Support local SEO initiatives
  • Track inbound lead sources
  • Provide weekly KPI reporting on digital performance

4. Brand & Positioning

  • Maintain consistent, professional B2B messaging
  • Ensure tone reflects a strategic IT partner
  • Support website updates for clarity and conversion optimization
  • Assist in refining messaging for commercial audiences

5. Sales & Operations Alignment

  • Collaborate with Sales to support outbound messaging
  • Develop simple sales enablement materials
  • Align content themes with business priorities
  • Support campaigns around new services or seasonal demand

Performance Expectations

This role is measured by:

  • Consistent weekly content output
  • SEO optimization compliance
  • KPI tracking and reporting
  • Responsiveness to structured direction
  • Contribution to digital visibility growth

Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of marketing experience (B2B preferred)
  • Strong written communication skills
  • Comfortable using AI tools (ChatGPT or similar)
  • Basic understanding of SEO principles
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools (SEMrush, Google Analytics, CRM systems)
  • Organized and capable of meeting structured deadlines
  • Able to operate in a fast-paced, growth-focused company

Preferred Experience

  • Experience in IT services, construction, or field-based industries
  • Familiarity with Zoho or CRM systems
  • Experience interpreting marketing data
  • Comfort working directly with leadership
