Now Hiring: Marketing Coordinator (Part-Time)

Location: O'Reilly Hospitality Management (Hub) - Springfield, MO

Step into the center of the action with O’Reilly Hospitality Management, LLC's Hub Marketing team. As a Marketing Coordinator, you’ll help bring campaigns, content, and brand initiatives to life across a dynamic portfolio of hotels, restaurants, retail, and entertainment venues. You’ll coordinate projects, shape marketing materials, support promotions, and keep multi-property marketing efforts organized and on brand.

This role is perfect for a detail-driven, early-career marketer who thrives in a fast-moving environment, enjoys variety, and wants broad, hands-on experience across real-world marketing channels. You’ll collaborate with teams across properties, contribute to visible campaigns, and build the foundation for growth into expanded marketing roles within OHM.

POSITION SUMMARY

The Marketing Coordinator will work closely and collaboratively with the Hub Marketing team, and other team members across OHM properties to ensure marketing activities are administered to meet company-wide goals and objectives.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, works effectively with internal and external contacts, has the ability to multitask and shift priorities on short notice, and enjoys the challenges of a fast-growing organization. The successful candidate will also have exceptional written and verbal communication skills, as well as attention to detail.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Coordinate day-to-day marketing tasks and deliverables across assigned properties or initiatives.
  • Track marketing requests, timelines, and asset needs to support Hub workflow.
  • Help ensure brand standards and messaging consistency across materials and channels.
  • Assist with campaign rollouts, promotions, and property marketing initiatives.
  • Coordinate preparation and updates of marketing collateral and advertising assets.
  • Assist with announcements, press releases, and internal communications.
  • Support content organization and version control across properties.
  • Coordinate website content change requests and provide updates back to the property.
  • Assist with digital presence audits and implementation tracking.
  • Support email or digital campaign setup as directed.
  • Create or adapt basic graphics using Canva or templates aligned with brand standards.
  • Coordinate photography, video, and creative assets across projects.
  • Support occasional on-site content capture or collateral deployment when needed.
  • Assist with market, competitor, or platform research.
  • Compile and format marketing reports, campaign summaries, or presentations.
  • Provide administrative and coordination support to the Hub Marketing team.
  • Other duties as assigned based on priorities and available hours.

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, & REQUIREMENTS

Minimum: Associate's Degree in Marketing or a related field.

Preferred: Bachelor’s Degree in a related field (e.g., communications, marketing, advertising/public relations, journalism. Graphic Design minor a plus).

Experience

Minimum: Relevant internship or 1-2 years of professional work experience preferred. Work experience in Social Media Marketing, Digital Marketing, and the Hospitality Industry would be a plus.

Skills Required

  • Must possess strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to organize and prioritize work.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office products (PPT, Excel, Word, Teams, etc.).
  • Experience with social media platforms and measurement of such platforms.
  • General familiarity with marketing channels and content workflows.
  • Experience working with external marketing and professional services vendors preferred.
  • Customer service orientation with the ability to serve multiple clients (leadership, team members, and external clients).
  • Ability to research and troubleshoot issues independently or escalate when necessary.
  • Ability to maintain a proper mental attitude while dealing effectively with management, team members, and outside contacts while working under pressure and meeting deadlines.

Beneficial Additional Skills (preferred, but not required)

  • Experience with web-based Content Management Systems preferred (e.g., WordPress, Squarespace, Wix).
  • Experience using Adobe Creative Suite, specifically; Illustrator, InDesign, and Adobe Photoshop
  • Experience using Canva for design, workflows, and distribution
  • Experience writing/editing marketing projects
  • Experience using Constant Contact or other email marketing platforms
  • Understanding of PII (Personally Identifiable Information) regarding the collection, usage of, distribution and protecting the security of, this information across all digital channels.
  • Experience with project management apps like Trello
  • Experience with Google My Business, Yelp, and other reputation management/digital presence platforms

OTHER PHYSICAL AND/OR SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Working on a computer for long periods of time (up to four hours).
  • Ability to lift up to 20 pounds, including boxes of marketing materials.
  • Possibility of occasional air and car travel may be required to properties and/or conferences, events.
