MAIN DUTIES

The Marketing Coordinator supports the execution of the hotel’s marketing initiatives and serves as a key liaison between Sales, Revenue Management, Operations, and corporate marketing teams. This role focuses on coordination, content management, campaign execution, and brand consistency to help drive awareness, engagement, and demand generation in alignment with the hotel’s positioning and revenue goals.

The Marketing Coordinator ensures that all marketing efforts reflect brand standards while contributing to measurable topline performance.

GENERAL DUTIES

  • Support the development and execution of the annual marketing plan in alignment with hotel positioning and revenue priorities

  • Assist in coordinating integrated marketing campaigns in collaboration with Sales and Revenue Management

  • Participate in recurring sales and revenue meetings to understand business needs and align marketing deliverables

  • Track marketing initiatives and support reporting on performance metrics and KPIs

  • Maintain and update the hotel’s digital presence, including website content, OTA listings, and third-party platforms

  • Support email marketing campaigns, including drafting content, scheduling, and performance tracking

  • Assist with paid media campaigns and coordinate assets with digital partners or agencies

  • Monitor SEO performance and flag opportunities for optimization

  • Ensure all marketing materials adhere to brand standards, voice, and visual guidelines

  • Coordinate photography, creative assets, and collateral development

  • Maintain content accuracy across all guest-facing channels

  • Support social media strategy by assisting with content planning, posting, and engagement

  • Assist in identifying and coordinating local partnerships, CVB collaborations, and community activations

  • Support in-house programming and property activations in collaboration with Operations and Food & Beverage

  • Provide marketing support for outlet and ancillary initiatives, including Spa and F&B promotions

  • Assist in drafting internal and external communications as needed

  • Support marketing budget tracking and invoice reconciliation

  • Coordinate timelines and ensure timely delivery of marketing assets

  • Maintain organized documentation of campaigns, creative assets, and vendor contracts

  • Complete other reasonable duties as requested by leadership

  • Follow all company and safety and security policies and procedures; report any maintenance problems, safety hazards, accidents, or injuries; complete safety training and certifications; properly store flammable materials

  • Ensure compliance with hotel policies, procedures, and standards with self and colleagues

  • Ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional

  • Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information

ABOUT YOU

A post-secondary diploma or degree in a field of study related to this profession; 2 or more years of experience in a comparable position and/or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Strong administrative, organization, and technical skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word etc.)
Must be detail oriented and accurate
Ability to manage multiple priorities, goal oriented and must meet deadlines.
Strong interpersonal skills and guest service oriented with a sincere, friendly and helpful personality.
Willing to “pitch-in” and assist colleagues with their job duties and be a team player.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Flexibility to meet the demands of a 24-hour operation and work a varying schedule to reflect business needs of the hotel.

$30.00 - $32.00 per hour
