We are a growing restaurant brand in San Jose seeking a reliable and creative Marketing & Content Coordinator to support daily marketing execution, content creation, and community outreach.

This is a hands-on role for someone who takes initiative, follows through on responsibilities, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for both planning and executing marketing initiatives that directly impact store growth.

Compensation

$25 to $35 per hour, based on experience

Schedule

• Full-time
• Must be available evenings and weekends as needed
• On-site role (travel between local store locations required)

Key ResponsibilitiesMarketing Planning & Execution

• Develop and execute weekly and monthly marketing plans
• Support promotions, product launches, giveaways, and in-store events
• Assist with outreach campaigns targeting schools, businesses, and local organizations
• Help introduce and promote new menu items

Content Creation & Social Media

• Create short-form video content for Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts
• Capture high-quality photo and video content of food, store operations, and events
• Monitor social media trends and apply relevant ideas to the brand
• Update and manage online listings (Google, DoorDash, website, etc.)

Community Outreach & Partnerships

• Coordinate with local influencers and content creators
• Conduct outreach to schools, offices, and community groups for catering opportunities
• Assist with event setup and coordination
• Maintain organized follow-up communication

Digital Marketing & Brand Management

• Assist with paid social media promotions
• Design basic flyers, coupons, and in-store materials
• Support loyalty programs and promotional campaigns
• Respond professionally to customer reviews on Google and Yelp
• Track marketing expenses and assist with budget organization

Qualifications

• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects
• Ability to work independently without constant supervision
• Comfortable taking ownership of assigned responsibilities
• Experience with photography and short-form video creation preferred
• Familiarity with Instagram, TikTok, and digital marketing tools
• Reliable transportation required
• Must be at least 18 years old

Previous restaurant or marketing experience is a plus, but not required.
