Hiring for a UK-based virtual food brand platform.
Opening: Marketing Coordinator
Role Objective:
To execute marketing campaigns accurately across aggregator platforms while supporting social media management, creative production, and performance tracking in alignment with the Marketing Manager's direction. This role requires someone who can think commercially, execute precisely, and step into creative tasks when needed.
Core Responsibilities:
Campaign & Offer Execution
- Upload and manage promotional mechanics BOGOF, % discounts, bundles, LTOs) across Uber Eats, Deliveroo, and Just Eat
- Ensure campaigns go live accurately and on time
- Monitor timelines, expiry dates, and renewals
- Coordinate internally to ensure stores are aligned with live promotions
In-App Marketing & Performance Support
- Assist in activating aggregator marketing placements within allocated budgets
- Track campaign uplift and in-app performance
- Maintain weekly marketing dashboards GMV uplift, offer performance, ROI tracking)
- Flag anomalies or underperformance to the Marketing Manager
- Strong Excel competency is required.
Social Media & Content Execution
- Schedule and publish content across Instagram, TikTok, and relevant platforms
- Write captions aligned with brand tone and campaign direction
- Maintain monthly content calendar under guidance of the Marketing Manager
- Monitor engagement and flag trends or opportunities
- This role is responsible for execution - strategy and direction sit with the Marketing Manager.
Basic Creative Support
- Create or edit basic marketing creatives using Canva / Adobe (headers, offer posts, banners, story graphics)
- Resize and adapt creatives for different platforms
- Support photoshoot preparation and content coordination
- Step in to support visual execution when required
- This is not a pure graphic design role, but basic design capability is required.
Platform & Listing Maintenance
- Audit aggregator listings for accuracy and consistency
- Ensure correct images, pricing, and offer visuals are live
- Maintain brand standards across platforms
Ideal Candidate Profile
- 2-4 years experience in marketing, digital operations, or social media coordination
- Comfortable managing both performance tracking and content execution
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Confident using Excel and analyzing basic performance data
- Proficient in Canva Adobe is a plus)
- Basic understanding of social media trends and content formats
- Comfortable operating in a fast-scaling, founder-led environment
- Not afraid to roll up sleeves and execute
- Experience in food, retail, or e-commerce is a strong advantage.
