What You Will Do:

Coordinate campaigns:
Plan and deliver marketing campaigns from brief to final execution.

Support initiatives:
Assist with digital, PR, and offline marketing activities.

Manage events:
Organize timelines and logistics for broker and consumer events.

Liaise with partners:
Work with creative, media, PR agencies, and external suppliers.

Track delivery:
Monitor approvals, budgets, and campaign deliverables.

Support reporting:
Assist with lead registration processes and event performance reporting.

Align objectives:
Ensure marketing activities support sales goals and project priorities.
Who We Are Looking For:
We’re looking for a Marketing Coordinator who enjoys managing projects, keeping stakeholders aligned, and delivering campaigns on time and on brand.

Experience:
2–4 years in marketing coordination, events, or project management roles.

Industry background:
Experience in real estate or lifestyle brands is a strong advantage.

Organization skills:
Strong ability to manage timelines and multiple priorities.

Communication:
Excellent written and spoken English; Arabic is a plus.

Project handling:
Comfortable managing several projects at the same time.

Technical skills:
Confident using Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.

Personal traits:
Detail-oriented with a practical, problem-solving mindset.
