SEEKING

WestWind Homes is looking for a passionate and creative Marketing Assistant to join our growing Marketing Department. In this role, you’ll collaborate with our marketing team to design, plan, and execute dynamic campaigns that promote our communities and homes across South Texas. The ideal candidate will have an eye for design, technical proficiency in Photoshop and Canva, video editing experience, and a deep understanding of brand, digital and social media marketing. OBJECTIVE:

Support Marketing Director to promote company objectives in product presentation, community presentation, advertisement placement, general design, company branding, community events & reach company sales goals.

JOB DUTIES, RESPONSIBILITIES & AUTHORITIES:

Creative and Design

· Coordinate and maintain production for product, community & company signage with vendors, trades & company team members.

· Assist in maintaining model home, directional, and community signage.

· Maintain photography/video & other media for spec homes; order photograph/video inventory homes as required.

· Update and maintain the company's brand manual.

· Prepare and create monthly creative for social media, email, signage, and blogs.

· Design marketing flyers for new homes and promotions.

· Provide marketing support to sales agents.

· Maintain and update company website and social media pages.

· Generate marketing plat maps for new communities.

· Organize and maintain photo files; maintain asset library for sales agents

· Headshots for new employees

· Post on social media channels and set up ads if needed.

· Assist with research and preparation for sales team meetings as needed

· Collaborate and support marketing efforts across WW Holdings companies.

· Work collaboratively with Marketing Manager to oversee company TV, radio and HR training videos, ads, and production.

· Order sales agent business cards and name badges.

· Assist with execution of company events

Online Sales Concierge

· Adequately handle online prospects, by greeting incoming first contacts with in 2 minutes.

· Adequately discover First Contact’s Commitment, Opportunities, Motivation, Money situation utilizing Westwind Homes Scripts.

· Actively pursue First Contact Opportunities on Websites and Social Media.

· Adequately Qualify customers with Westwind Pre-Qual Sheet & lead them to appropriate Westwind community.

· Adequately communicate customer appointments with sales agents through phone text, outlook calendar, CRM & phone call.

  • Adequately maintain follow up schedule in CRM.
  • Maintain accurate registrant accounts in the CRM.

KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS

Graphic Design Skills: Proficient in Photoshop, Canva, or similar software.

Video Editing Skills: Experience using Adobe Premiere, CapCut, or other editing tools.

Understanding of brand and social media marketing

Familiarity with Wix or other website builders preferred.

Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.

Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

A creative mindset with the ability to take initiative and think strategically.

A valid Texas Driver’s License and good driving record.

Bilingual - must be able to read, write and speak in English and Spanish

Positive attitude, teamwork spirit, and willingness to learn and grow within the company.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer

Must be able to occasionally lift-up to 15 pounds.

Must be able to access all areas of the facility to determine company needs.

Must be able to legally drive vehicles in the USA.
