Position Title: Marketing Specialist

Position Overview

The Marketing Specialist supports sales and vendor partners by coordinating marketing initiatives, CRM deployment, and customer outreach efforts. This role focuses on organization, collaboration, and execution to support revenue growth. This newly created position affords an enterprising and creative individual the leeway to shape the strategic marketing strategy for a growing enterprise.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with the deployment and maintenance of Salesforce CRM for contact and proposal management.
• Maintain marketing collateral libraries from manufacturer partners.
• Create and manage a sales and promotions calendar.
• Coordinate marketing campaigns with vendors and internal sales teams.
• Develop social media plans including content ideas, posting schedules, and budget recommendations.
• Research audience segments and advertising strategies.
• Monitor and recommend updates to website content.
• Support structured outreach and follow-up plans.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Experience in marketing and/or communications.
• Strong organizational and research skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate with vendors and customers.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365.
• Familiarity with CRM software (Salesforce preferred).
• Comfortable managing multiple projects independently.
• Social media and basic marketing tool experience is a plus.

Work Environment

Office-based position in Arvada, CO with potential for hybrid work after onboarding.

Pay: $20.00 - $35.00 per hour
