  • Assist with campaign scheduling across platforms (social, web, paid media)
  • Maintain organized documentation, trackers, and reporting inputs
  • Collaborate with analysts to ensure campaign performance data is captured and reported
  • Support stakeholder communications and meeting coordination

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
  • 3+ years of experience in marketing coordination or campaign support
  • Strong organizational and project coordination skills
  • Experience working across multiple teams or stakeholders
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience supporting recruitment marketing, public sector, or mission-driven campaigns
  • Familiarity with digital marketing platforms (social media, content management, etc.)
  • Exposure to performance tracking or campaign reporting
  • Experience working in federal or government environments

What Success Looks Like:

  • Campaigns are delivered on time and without gaps
  • Teams are aligned and operating efficiently
  • Deliverables are well-coordinated and meet quality expectations
  • Campaign execution supports measurable recruitment outcomes
