Position Overview

We are seeking a professional and motivated individual to serve as the first point of contact for our organization within the community. This role focuses on building relationships with healthcare facilities, senior living communities, group homes, shelters, and local organizations to establish service partnerships and referral pathways.

This position requires both field outreach and occasional in-office coordination. The ideal candidate is confident in communication, organized, and able to represent the company with professionalism and integrity.

<Responsibilities>

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing campaigns across digital platforms, including social media, email marketing, and paid advertising channels such as Google Ads and Facebook Advertising.
  • Manage content creation for websites, blogs, social media posts, and promotional materials using tools like Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Creative Suite, and content management systems like WordPress.
  • Conduct keyword research and utilize SEO tools to optimize website content for improved search engine rankings and increased organic traffic.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics, SEM tools, and other analytics platforms to inform ongoing strategy adjustments.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement marketing automation strategies that enhance lead generation and conversion optimization efforts.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of digital marketing trends including performance marketing, e-commerce strategies, and B2B marketing techniques.
  • Support the planning and execution of social media management strategies across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter to boost engagement and brand awareness.

<Requirements>

  • Proven experience with SEO tools, Google Analytics, Google AdWords (now Google Ads), SEM techniques, and keyword research.
  • Strong skills in content creation, copywriting, graphic design, and familiarity with Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Hands-on experience with WordPress or other content management systems; knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and SQL is a plus.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage social media marketing campaigns effectively across multiple platforms including Facebook Advertising.
  • Knowledge of marketing automation tools and email marketing platforms to nurture leads and improve conversion rates.
  • Ability to analyze data using analytics tools to measure campaign performance and optimize results proactively.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to craft compelling messages tailored for diverse audiences in B2B or B2C contexts.
  • A proactive mindset with strong organizational skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
