The Marketing Coordinator role will include writing website content, taking photos and videos at project sites, coordinating and attending home shows, overseeing marketing campaigns, and overseeing a range of marketing projects.

Position Goals:
· Write engaging and compelling website and social media content to showcase our products and services.
· Capture photos and videos at project sites for use in website content and social media campaigns.
· Execute marketing campaigns and initiatives, including tracking budgets and analyzing lead generation success.
· Communicate project and task updates effectively using project management software.
· Coordinate and attend local home shows to represent the company. (seasonally; about 6 weekends a year)
· Own and support all assigned marketing projects and promotions.
· Work closely with the Marketing Director and team to achieve department goals.
Candidate Requirements:
· 2-3 years of professional experience in a Marketing or Communication role.
· Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
· Willingness to visit active projects in the field for education and content gathering.
· A self-starter with a growth mindset who hits deadlines consistently.
· Able and willing to visit local, active installations weekly for content gathering and educational purposes.
· High proficiency in tools such as Microsoft Office, Canva, Constant Contact, Salesforce, Meta, and similar software.

Pay: $45,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
