As we continue our rapid growth, we’re looking for a driven, detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to help expand and support our marketing efforts. Responsibilities

As a Marketing Coordinator, you will have an opportunity to support the execution of marketing initiatives and day-to-day operations. Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Assist in executing marketing campaigns across digital, events, and local outreach channels
• Coordinate timelines, deliverables, and assets for ongoing marketing initiatives
• Support email marketing, social media scheduling, and campaign tracking
• Maintain marketing calendars and project trackers
• Assist with vendor coordination and communication (print, media, event partners)
• Help manage CRM updates, lead tracking, and data entry
• Compile reports on marketing performance and campaign results
• Event support and lead generation efforts
• Content creation and field marketing

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in marketing, communications, or a related field (internships count)
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Comfortable working both in an office and in the field (project sites/events)
• Basic knowledge of social media platforms and content creation
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace
• Experience with CRM systems or marketing tools is a plus
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Photography and/or videography experience (especially iPhone content creation) PREFERRED
• Familiarity with home services, construction, or outdoor living industry PREFERRED
• Basic graphic design experience (Canva, Adobe, etc.) PREFERRED

Pay: $50,489.04 - $60,804.00 per year
