Marketing Coordinator — Rising Media

Overview:
Rising Media is seeking a creative, organized, and motivated Marketing Coordinator to support our growing roster of agency clients. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about social media, content creation, and marketing strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain client social media accounts across TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook
• Plan, create, and schedule content aligned with brand voice and strategy
• Organize and execute content calendars and content shoot days
• Monitor engagement, respond to comments/DMs, and support community management
• Build and manage relationships with influencers and support influencer campaigns
• Assist with community relations and brand engagement initiatives
• Maintain organization of internal communications (email and chat systems)
• Assist with basic website builds, updates, and maintenance
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and high-quality deliverables

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in marketing, social media, or a related field preferred
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-growing environment
• Basic photography/content creation skills preferred
• Experience working with influencers or brand partnerships is a plus
• Familiarity with website platforms is a plus

Pay: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
