Role Overview
The Marketing Coordinator supports the execution of the company’s marketing efforts by coordinating campaigns, managing social media activity, and assisting with events such as grand openings, promotions, and community outreach initiatives. This role is hands‑on and focuses on day‑to‑day marketing activities rather than high‑level strategy or team management.
The ideal candidate is organized, creative, detail‑oriented, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment. This role is a great opportunity for college students or recent graduates. Students are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Execution & Coordination
- Assist with planning and executing marketing campaigns and promotions
- Coordinate grand openings, events, and local marketing initiatives
- Work with internal teams and external vendors (printers, designers, agencies)
- Maintain marketing calendars, timelines, and checklists
Social Media & Content Support
- Create, schedule, and post content on company social media platforms
- Assist with basic content creation (photos, captions, short videos)
- Monitor comments and messages and escalate as needed
- Help maintain a consistent brand voice and visual presence
Administrative & Organizational Support
- Organize marketing materials, signage, and promotional items
- Track basic metrics such as engagement, reach, or event participation
- Assist with email campaigns, flyers, or basic website updates
- Support day‑to‑day marketing tasks as assigned
Events & Community Outreach
- Assist with planning and logistics for grand openings and promotional events
- Coordinate materials, vendors, and on‑site setup
- Support partnerships with local organizations or community sponsors
- Help ensure events are executed smoothly and professionally
Required Qualifications
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 1–3 years of marketing, coordination, or related experience
- Familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Strong organizational and time‑management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to juggle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience coordinating events or promotions
- Basic graphic design or content creation skills (Canva, Adobe, etc.)
- Experience with social media scheduling tools
- Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team

Pay: $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
