Position Overview
We are seeking a Marketing Coordinator to oversee and manage daily marketing operations. This role requires a proactive professional with strong organizational skills, marketing knowledge, and the ability to coordinate between clients, partners, and internal teams. The Marketing Coordinator will play a key role in driving campaigns, enhancing brand visibility, and maintaining OK-Coupons LLC’s reputation for excellence in retail promotions.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate marketing campaigns across digital, print, and promotional platforms.
• Liaise with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure timely execution of campaigns.
• Maintain accurate records of marketing activities, budgets, and client communications.
• Support the development of promotional materials, advertisements, and digital content.
• Prepare reports on campaign performance and recommend improvements.
• Assist in organizing product launches, promotional events, and customer engagement programs.
• Ensure compliance with Qatar’s marketing regulations and company policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in marketing coordination, retail promotions, or advertising.
• Strong knowledge of marketing strategies, digital platforms, and customer engagement.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite, CRM systems, and marketing tools.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deliver under deadlines.
