Jonas Hospitality is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to join our Marketing Team. In this role, the Marketing Coordinator will support the execution of day-to-day marketing activities across digital channels, campaigns, and events. The Marketing Coordinator will play a key role in ensuring marketing content is accurately deployed, campaigns are tracked and reported on, and competitive insights are gathered to inform strategy.

The Marketing Coordinator will report directly to the VP of Marketing and work closely with Content Strategists, Graphic Designers, and Marketing Automation Specialists to support integrated marketing initiatives across our portfolio. This role is ideal for an early-career marketer looking to build hands-on experience across multiple facets of marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

Digital & Content Execution:

  • Upload, schedule, and manage content across social media platforms in alignment with content calendars.

  • Build and deploy marketing emails within marketing automation platforms, ensuring accuracy, brand consistency, and proper segmentation.

  • Upload and maintain blog content on company websites, including formatting, links, images, and basic SEO best practices.

  • Assist with updates and maintenance of website content as needed.


Campaign Reporting & Analysis:

  • Run regular reports on the performance of marketing campaigns, including email, social, and web metrics.

  • Track and compile campaign results to support ongoing optimization and performance reviews.

  • Maintain organized records of campaign performance and reporting documentation.

Competitor & Market Research:

  • Conduct ongoing competitor research, including digital presence, messaging, campaigns, and positioning.

  • Compile findings into summaries and reports to support marketing planning and strategic discussions.

Event & Tradeshow Support:

  • Assist with the planning and organization of tradeshows, conferences, and other corporate events.

  • Support logistics coordination, including timelines, materials, vendor communication, and internal coordination.

  • Help manage event-related marketing assets such as promotional materials, email invitations, and post-event follow-up.

Collaboration & Team Support:

  • Work closely with Content Strategists, Graphic Designers, and Marketing Automation Specialists to support campaign execution.

  • Support the VP of Marketing and broader Marketing Team with administrative and coordination tasks as needed.

  • Ensure marketing assets and content are delivered on time and aligned with brand standards.


Qualifications:

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred.

Experience:

  • Experience managing or supporting social media accounts for a brand or organization.

  • Exposure to email marketing, marketing automation platforms, or CRM systems.

  • Experience uploading and managing content on websites or content management systems is an asset.


Technical & Marketing Skills:

  • Familiarity with marketing automation platforms and CRM tools (Salesforce experience is an asset).

  • Basic understanding of digital marketing principles, including email, social media, and web content.

  • Comfort working with reporting tools and marketing performance metrics.

  • Experience with web design or content management systems is considered an asset.


Soft Skills:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

  • Collaborative mindset and willingness to learn and grow within a marketing team.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Salesforce, marketing automation platforms, or email marketing tools.

  • Familiarity with website CMS platforms and basic HTML or web editing tools.

  • Previous exposure to event marketing or tradeshow coordination.

  • Strong interest in digital marketing and campaign performance analysis.

    Work shift:
    3 PM – 12 AM Pakistan Time
