Marketing Coordinator

Key Responsibility & Duties:-

· Develop business proposals for existing and new customers

· Hosting marketing events and collaborations with brands.

· Develop innovative strategies for retaining clients; this includes undertaking interviews in order to get feedback and incorporate it into the growth plan

· Develop comprehensive knowledge about the business and its development practices, its marketing activities, prospective clients, and the trends for the industry

· Respond to queries and complaints from clients as regards the company’s products; this should be done in a timely fashion

· Establish a knowledge storehouse of clients, referrals, REPs, presentations, and prospects

· Maintain database of client relationship management and utilize the result to manage customers and the mailing list

· Hosting marketing events and art & craft sessions with little guests; ensuring the welfare of the children whilst in the party hosts care, acting as a role model for the company with the parents.

· Work with HOD’S and operations department to host events for Fun City.

· To Host, Greet, Interact and Entertain all the Guests.

· Communicating with target audiences and managing customer relationships.

· Assist in outsourcing and securing sponsorship; conducting market research, for example using customer questionnaires and focus groups.

· Contributing to developing marketing plans and strategies;

· Evaluating marketing event’s and campaigns

· Oversee the Sales Department office requirements and requisitions.

· Monitoring activities and supporting the marketing manager and other colleagues.

· Assist in events/activities planning and execution.

· Bring in clients for marketing events

· Arrange for School Trips events at Fun City

· Any Special task assigned by HOD

Qualification

BBA / MBA in Marketing

Experience

Minimum 2 years work experience in Sales and Marketing/the same capacity.

· Deep knowledge of Marketing/Sales/PR/Event Management

· Networking skills

· Marketing Communication

· Brand Management

· Market Research

General: -

· Self-starter with excellent time and people management skills.

· Proficiently speak, read and write English and Urdu.

· Innovative

· Strong and confident communicator.

· Excellent copywriting skills and experience.

· Must be able to follow oral and written instructions

· Should possess excellent communication skills and be customer service inclined

· Should be able to multi task and exhibit maturity

· Ability to work under pressure and still meet up with given deadline and Ability to take initiatives and think out of the box
