Job Scope: Marketing Coordinator (Creative & Design Focused)
The Core Mission: This role is for a highly organized, design-savvy professional who bridges the gap between creative execution and data-driven operations.
You will be responsible for the visual identity of the brand across social media and packaging while maintaining the meticulous data integrity required for product management and inventory tracking.
1. Creative Design & Content Execution
- Social Media Management: Lead the visual storytelling on all platforms, primarily Instagram, by developing and executing high-quality content.
- Content Planning: Create and present weekly visual content plans (PPT) for approval, ensuring brand consistency.
- Campaign Design: Develop visual concepts and assets for promotional campaigns, giveaways, and recipe reels.
- Growth Strategy: Identify and design assets for influencer collaborations, brand partnerships, and expansion into new platforms like TikTok.
2. Packaging & Brand Integrity
- Artwork Validation: Review and validate all packaging artwork, including technical elements like nutrition facts, UPCs, and copy accuracy.
- Project Coordination: Lead the timeline for packaging updates, managing milestones from initial file delivery to printers through final arrival.
- Version Control: Ensure all design assets, product images, and marketing materials are properly versioned and organized within Google Drive.
- Stakeholder Alignment: Communicate packaging updates and transition timelines to Sales and the Marketing Director.
3. Data Management & Operational Reporting
- Master File Maintenance: Manage core business files, including Sales Data, OEM Inventory, and Product Specifications.
- Data Integrity: Proactively validate all data for accuracy and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
- Weekly Reporting: Provide a weekly status report to the Marketing Director summarizing key updates, data insights, and creative progress.
4. Product Lifecycle & Inventory Management
- Inventory Monitoring: Track levels for OEM products and packaging, cross-checking data with the SCM team.
- Supply Alerts: Proactively notify leadership of low inventory levels or potential supply chain interruptions.
- NPD Tracking: Manage the full lifecycle of new products within ClickUp, ensuring accurate stage tracking and documentation.
- Cross-Functional Support: Coordinate with QA on compliance/certifications and Production on launch timing.
Qualifications & Expectations
- Design Proficiency: Strong experience in creating visual content, professional presentations, and reviewing technical artwork.
- Analytical Discipline: Ability to maintain complex trackers with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Tools: Proficiency in MS Office, Adobe Creative Suite, and social media platforms.
- Bilingual Plus: Ability to speak and write in Korean is considered a strong asset.
- Ownership: A solutions-oriented mindset with the ability to take full accountability for all assigned responsibilities.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in marketing coordination, graphic design, social media, packaging coordination, or a related role.
