Due to our continued growth and success, we are on the search for a skilled Marketing Coordinator – Analytics to join our team.

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

We are seeking a detail-oriented and data-driven Marketing Coordinator – Analytics to join our team. This hybrid role combines strong analytical skills in Google Analytics, GA4, Meta (Facebook/Instagram) analytics, and paid campaign tracking with hands-on marketing coordination. The ideal candidate is passionate about turning data into insights that drive smarter marketing decisions while also helping plan, execute, and optimize campaigns.

Marketing Coordinator – Analytics Responsibilities:

  • Manage and analyze performance across Google Analytics (GA4), Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and other digital platforms.
  • Develop custom dashboards and reports to monitor KPIs, traffic, conversions, and ROI.
  • Provide insights on campaign effectiveness, audience engagement, and attribution.
  • Set up and track UTM parameters, events, and conversion goals.
  • Collaborate with the team to troubleshoot discrepancies in reporting and optimize tracking.

Marketing Coordination Secondary Responsibilities:

  • Assist in planning, scheduling, and coordinating marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
  • Support content, email, and social media teams with campaign setup and performance tracking.
  • Ensure marketing materials are delivered on time and aligned with brand standards.
  • Help coordinate external vendors, agencies, and freelancers when needed.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support strategy.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, analytics, or marketing coordination.
  • Hands-on experience with:
  • Google Analytics (GA4) and Google Tag Manager
  • Meta Ads Manager (Facebook/Instagram campaigns)
  • Google Ads and SEO knowledge a plus
  • Strong skills in Excel/Sheets and data visualization tools (e.g., Google Looker Studio).
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present insights to non-technical audiences.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
