Job Title: Marketing Coordinator/Client Care Specialist

Location: Georgetown, TX

Position Overview

The Marketing Coordinator/Client Care Specialist will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies that elevate our brand and engage our target audience. Coordinate business development opportunities and act as our concierge to first year clients. The ideal candidate will have experience in website management, social media management, composing proposals, and client care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to elevate our brand
  • Manage website content, SEO, and CMS platforms
  • social media strategy and execution
  • Design marketing materials using tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite
  • Compose proposals and coordinate business development initiatives
  • Serve as a concierge for first-year clients, ensuring exceptional service

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (Master’s preferred)
  • 5+ years of marketing experience, especially in social media
  • Strong portfolio aligned with CD Bradshaw’s needs
  • Experience in website development and management
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Proficiency in graphic design tools
  • Data analysis and insight generation capabilities
