Overview
Green Sage Cafe is looking for a FT reliable ad motivated Marketing Coordinator & HR Administrator to join our team. This is a great opportunity for someone who is passionate about healthy food, sustainability and making a positive impact.

This is a multifaceted role supporting the marketing, HR, customer relations and office admin areas of the company. You will work closely with the HR and Operations Managers and take the lead on various marketing and customer engagement initiatives. This includes graphic design, internal communications and administrative support.

What You'll Do:
  • Support HR and Operations with day to day tasks and projects
  • Design marketing materials using Canva and/or Adobe tools
  • Manage customer engagement and feedback
  • Help with internal communications ad company branding
  • Use and learn restaurant related software (POS, loyalty programs, R365 restaurant management)
  • Stay connected with our Cafe locations and team members
What We're looking For:
  • Strong initiative and ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Solid time management and organizational skills
  • Graphic design skills (Canva/Adobe Suite)
  • Tech-savvy and eager to learn new systems
  • Friendly, team oriented and aligned with our mission
  • Weekdays in our home office with occasional visits to cafe locations
  • Willingness to learn FOH Cafe systems and assist
