• 
  Develop Social Media strategy in conjunction with General Manager
• Content Creation: Create engaging and visually appealing content for social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Tik Tok, LinkedIn, YouTube, our website, and more.
• Create and Manage Events: Create, schedule and manage both onsite and offsite events!
• Community Management: Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries on various social media platforms and websites to build and maintain positive relationships with our audience.
• Social Media Scheduling: Schedule and publish posts on different platforms using social media management tools.
• Campaign Support: Aid in the execution and coordination of marketing and social media campaigns, including creating content and tracking performance.
• Maintaining constant customer contact with CRM, internal and Eventbrite customer databases
• Maintain stock levels and the look of Naples Motorsports branded merchandise
• Create employee only events, luncheons, birthday celebrations, team building events, etc.

• 
  Marketing, social media, content creation, and project management experience is preferred
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Familiar with web tools and marketing software.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred
• Takes initiative and works well independently
• A positive attitude, good work ethic and professional appearance
