Marketing Coordinator, Property

We are seeking a creative and highly motivated Marketing Coordinator, Property to implement marketing strategies and maintain the company brand. If you have 1-3 years experience in Marketing, apply to this career opportunity within our organization!

Responsibilities:

  • Creates and maintains Friedman Real Estate brand in all company-sanctioned marketing materials including but not limited to, offering memorandums, demographic reports, eblasts, property flyers, maps, advertisements, brochures, postcards, placemats, proposals, tour books, and floor plans.
  • Reviews internal and external collateral materials, proofreads content, ensures appropriate branding and approves materials for final distribution.
  • Assists in the coordination and implementation of property specific marketing strategies and performs research and analysis to support those strategies.
  • Assigns appropriate marketing package for each new property.
  • Provides marketing education and training on tools, resources, as well as technical assistance to Marketing Support Specialist staff.
  • Provides quality control, ensuring that appropriate branding, content, and formatting are used.
  • Oversee managed property marketing budget billbacks, partnering with greater marketing team and account to ensure each month’s work is completed on-time and properly billed.
  • Organize and support property specific events.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or relevant field
  • 1 – 3 years’ experience in related marketing role, real estate experience is a plus
  • Intermediate skills with various software programs, specifically Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Analytical and results oriented individual with the ability to effectively present information
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including excellent writing skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and hold busy contributors to content deadlines
  • Knowledgeable of social channels such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube and Twitter
  • Strong attention to detail
