About the Role

This role blends marketing strategy, ad copywriting, and course creation. You’ll develop high-value business education while also crafting the messaging and funnels that drive customer acquisition and growth. Working directly with founders and expert instructors, you’ll transform ideas and insights into engaging courses, scripts, and marketing content that converts.

What You’ll Do

• Develop curriculum outlines, write scripts, and shape expert-led business courses.
• Write ad copy, marketing hooks, and campaign messaging that drive conversions and engagement.
• Build and optimize high-converting ad funnels to support customer acquisition.
• Create and organize engaging educational and marketing assets (video scripts, resources, slides, frameworks, etc.).
• Collaborate with product, design, and marketing teams to ensure consistency across all content.
• Stay ahead of eCommerce and marketing trends to keep our content cutting-edge and differentiated.

What We’re Looking For

• 4+ years of experience in digital marketing, copywriting, and content strategy.
• Excellent writing skills, able to explain complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
• Proven ability to craft ad copy, hooks, and educational content that drive measurable results.
• Experience creating ad funnels and customer acquisition campaigns.
• Familiarity with eCommerce, SaaS, and performance marketing.
• Passion for business, startups, and helping entrepreneurs scale.
