Marketing & Design Specialist (Part-Time, Growth Opportunity)

Keller Williams Luxury Del Mar is one of the top-producing real estate offices in Southern California, supporting over 250 agents and nearly $800M in annual sales volume.

We are relaunching and expanding our in-house services into a Marketing & Design Department — and we’re looking for a creative, motivated individual to help build it.

This is a unique opportunity for someone who enjoys both graphic design and hands-on production, and wants to grow into a larger role over time.

About the Role

This role is a blend of:

• Graphic design
• Marketing support for real estate agents
• In-house print production
• Opportunity to help grow a new internal business line

You’ll work directly with agents to create high-quality marketing materials that help them win listings and grow their business.

Key ResponsibilitiesDesign & Marketing

• Design marketing materials including:
• listing brochures
• postcards & farming campaigns
• social media graphics
• listing presentations
• Assist agents with branding and marketing ideas
• Deliver clean, professional, high-end design work

Print Production

• Operate commercial printers and finishing equipment
• Print and assemble materials (cutting, folding, binding, laminating)
• Prepare files for print (pre-press)

Department Growth

• Help increase adoption of marketing services within the office
• Contribute ideas to improve and expand services
• Assist with light outreach to generate additional design/print work

What We’re Looking For

Required:

• Experience with Canva
• Strong eye for design and layout
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Comfortable working with multiple clients (agents)

Preferred:

• Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop
• Print production or print shop experience
• Marketing or branding experience

Schedule & Compensation

• Part-time position (approximately 20–25 hours per week to start)
• Flexible schedule based on workload
• Compensation: $25–30/hour (depending on experience)
• Performance-based bonuses tied directly to the amount of design and marketing work completed, with clear opportunity to increase income as the department grows
