Shared Drive is seeking a Remote Marketing & Design Specialist / Social Media Manager to join our dynamic and innovative team! We support homebuilders across the country by providing high-level marketing, branding, and online sales support designed to create a seamless, customer-first experience.

About the Role

As a Marketing & Design Specialist / Social Media Manager, you will support the day-to-day marketing execution for multiple homebuilder clients. This includes managing social media content, creating marketing materials, updating websites, supporting campaigns, and keeping projects moving on schedule.

You will work closely with the Shared Drive leadership team to execute marketing strategy while maintaining brand consistency and ensuring all deliverables meet client expectations.

This role blends design, social media management, marketing production, and project coordination, and requires someone who can work independently while staying aligned with team direction.

Homebuilding marketing experience is required.

Responsibilities

Social Media Management & Content Planning

  • Manage social media accounts for multiple builder clients.
  • Plan monthly social media content based on marketing direction.
  • Gather content from clients and internal team members.
  • Create social graphics, reels, and post copy.
  • Schedule posts using approved scheduling tools.
  • Maintain brand consistency across all accounts.
  • Track content needs and follow up on missing assets.
  • Assist with social audits and performance reviews.
  • Keep content calendars organized and up to date.

Graphic Design & Creative Production

  • Design social graphics, ads, and marketing campaign materials.
  • Create brochures, flyers, signage, and print pieces.
  • Design website graphics and digital assets.
  • Create presentations and branded materials.
  • Work daily in Adobe Creative Suite and Canva.
  • Follow established brand guidelines for multiple clients.
  • Prepare files for print and digital use.
  • Make revisions quickly and accurately.
  • Maintain high attention to detail and visual consistency.

Website & Digital Marketing Support

  • Make routine website updates and content edits.
  • Upload blogs, images, and page content.
  • Assist with WordPress updates and formatting.
  • Support email marketing setup and formatting.
  • Help build landing pages and campaign content.
  • Review links, forms, and website functionality.
  • Assist with marketing campaign execution across platforms.

Project Management & Client Support

  • Manage assigned marketing tasks across multiple clients.
  • Keep projects organized and on schedule.
  • Work inside Asana and internal systems daily.
  • Communicate clearly with the marketing team.
  • Follow up on content, approvals, and revisions.
  • Support client communication as assigned.
  • Ensure deliverables are accurate and on time.
  • Maintain organized file structure and naming conventions.

Marketing Execution & Campaign Support

  • Assist with campaign execution and content population.
  • Support community launches and marketing rollouts.
  • Participate in planning discussions when needed.
  • Follow established marketing strategy and direction.
  • Help improve internal processes and workflows.
  • Take initiative to keep projects moving.

About You

  • Strong experience in marketing, graphic design, or social media management.
  • Experience working with homebuilders, real estate, or related industry required.
  • Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).
  • Strong Canva design experience.
  • Experience managing business social media accounts.
  • Experience updating websites (WordPress preferred).
  • Ability to manage multiple clients at once.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow brand guidelines.
  • Excellent organization and time management skills.
  • Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work within a team.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced agency environment.

Preferred:

  • Agency experience.
  • Email marketing platforms.
  • CRM experience (HubSpot, Lasso, or similar).
  • Social scheduling tools.
  • Print production experience.
  • Basic video editing experience (Canva, Adobe, CapCut, etc.).

Hours: 40 Hours / Week, Salaried
Travel: Occasional travel may be required.

Pay: $50,105.00 - $60,341.50 per year
