The Continental Community is looking for a creative and driven Director of Marketing to help us grow our brand and share our mission with the world. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and loves turning creative ideas into real results.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead the overall marketing vision for TCC across digital, print, and community channels
  • Build campaigns that create excitement and drive engagement
  • Oversee SEO and website strategy to boost organic traffic and visibility
  • Manage social media platforms with messaging that stays consistent and connects with our audience
  • Track results using analytics tools like Google Analytics and adjust strategies based on performance
  • Partner with our sales and leadership teams to support growth and partnerships
  • Manage marketing budgets and make sure every dollar is used wisely
  • Create visuals and design materials using Adobe Creative Suite
  • Use automation tools to simplify lead generation and marketing processes
  • Stay current on trends, customer needs, and new ideas that keep us ahead of the curve
  • Oversee TCC’s twice-a-week in-person trainings including running the ads for each event, setting up and recording each session, editing the recordings, and posting them to our online community platform

Who You Are

  • Experienced in leading marketing initiatives and managing teams
  • Skilled in SEO, content marketing, social media, email campaigns, and analytics
  • Confident with Adobe Creative Suite and comfortable working on creative design
  • Excellent communicator with a clear and engaging writing style
  • Collaborative, organized, and excited to bring new ideas to the table
  • Familiar with e-commerce or WordPress platforms is a plus
  • Comfortable managing video content creation, editing, and posting

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
