Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the marketing team, motivating and coaching members to achieve optimal performance and meet their targets.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans and strategies in alignment with organizational goals.
  • Oversee and execute integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels including digital, print, events, and PR.
  • Represent the company with professionalism and pride in client meetings, events, and public appearances.
  • Drive brand positioning and awareness across local and international markets.
  • Establish KPIs, set timelines, and monitor progress on all marketing activities.
  • Identify and pursue new marketing opportunities and partnerships.
  • Attend networking and community events to build relationships and identify potential business development opportunities.
  • Manage marketing budgets, ensure effective allocation of resources, and report on ROI.
  • Maintain and expand the company's marketing database, ensuring efficient segmentation and targeting.
  • Organize and oversee open house events, including creative direction and event execution.
  • Guide the creation of advertising creatives and landing pages in collaboration with the design team.
  • Direct and support onboarding and marketing system training for new agents.
  • Coordinate with top management and lead coordinators to streamline marketing efforts across developers and platforms.
  • Ensure timely execution and performance tracking of online campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, SnapChat, etc.).
  • Manage SMS campaigns and maintain accurate reporting of marketing performance and expenses.
  • Supervise creative direction, copywriting, and brand consistency across all marketing materials.
