Director of Marketing

We are seeking a strategic and hands-on Director of Marketing to lead our marketing efforts. As the sole internal marketing professional, you will develop and execute comprehensive strategies across website management, SEO, content creation, social media, collateral, proposals, and event planning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Website & SEO: Oversee website strategy, content, and performance; implement SEO strategies to enhance visibility.
• Content Development: Lead creation of whitepapers, case studies, and other content to support thought leadership.
• Social Media: Develop and execute social media strategies to increase engagement and brand awareness.
• Collateral & Proposals: Create and maintain marketing materials and proposal templates.
• Events: Plan and manage conferences and exhibitions, including logistics and lead follow-up.
• Vendor Management: Coordinate with external vendors and agencies as needed.
• Analytics & Reporting: Define and track marketing metrics; report on performance and ROI.
• Brand Strategy: Ensure consistency in brand messaging and identity.
• Budget Management: Manage marketing budget effectively.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field or similar experience.
• 7+ years of progressive marketing experience.
• Proven ability to manage end-to-end marketing in a lean environment.
• Strong vendor and project management skills.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills.
• Hands-on experience with digital marketing tools and platforms.
