Job Summary
As our Marketing Director, you will define and execute our marketing vision, overseeing campaigns, digital initiatives, and brand positioning across global markets. You are a strategic thinker with proven experience in traditional and digital marketing in multicultural environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a data-driven marketing strategy aligned with business goals.
• Serve as the brand guardian, ensuring campaigns reflect our identity and appeal to global audiences.
• Lead digital marketing initiatives: SEO/SEM, social media, influencer partnerships, content marketing, email automation, and performance marketing.
• Design and manage innovative campaigns, product launches, and brand activations.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities.
• Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing marketing team.
• Manage the marketing budget, ensuring strong ROI.
• Drive PR, media relations, and strategic partnerships.
• Define and track KPIs, providing actionable insights to executive leadership.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred).
• 12+ years of marketing experience, including 5+ years in senior leadership.
• Proven experience in global markets.
• Success with B2C/B2B brands (Perfumes Industry).
• Expertise in digital marketing, social media trends, and brand management.
• Strong understanding of consumer behavior and cultural nuances.
• Exceptional leadership, analytical, and project management skills.
• Fluent in English and Arabic or any other language.
