Role Overview


The Director of Marketing is a senior leadership role responsible for shaping and leading the company’s brand-led marketing strategy across all channels. The role focuses on brand building, strategic positioning, and long-term growth , while ensuring marketing initiatives are aligned with commercial objectives and business priorities.This position requires a strategic marketer with strong branding expertise , capable of translating brand vision into impactful market presence and measurable business results.


Key Responsibilities


  • Define and lead the overall marketing and branding strategy , with strong emphasis on brand positioning, storytelling, and consistency.
  • Own and evolve the company’s brand architecture, identity, and equity across all touchpoints.
  • Develop and oversee strategic marketing plans across brand, digital, retail, product, and trade marketing .
  • Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing marketing teams , fostering a culture of strategic thinking and excellence.
  • Work closely with senior leadership to support long-term growth, market expansion, and brand-led revenue strategies .
  • Drive consumer insight–led decision-making through market research, customer behavior analysis, and competitive intelligence.
  • Oversee marketing budgets, ensuring strategic allocation and strong ROI .
  • Lead go-to-market and brand launch strategies for new products, collections, and regional expansions.
  • Ensure strong alignment between brand strategy, retail experience, and e-commerce performance .


Qualifications & Skills


  • 10+ years of progressive experience in marketing, with proven exposure to senior and leadership roles .
  • Previous leadership experience in positions such as Marketing Manager, Head of Marketing, or Marketing Director .
  • Strong background in branding , with experience building and managing consumer or premium brands .
  • Industry experience in fragrances, cosmetics, beauty, retail, or premium consumer goods is highly preferred.
  • Demonstrated success in brand development, repositioning, or scaling brands in competitive markets.
  • Solid expertise in strategic marketing, digital, CRM, trade marketing, and omnichannel environments .
  • Strategic, commercially aware leader with strong stakeholder management and decision-making skills .
  • Deep understanding of the Saudi market, culture, and consumer behavior .
  • Fluent in English ; Arabic is a strong advantage.
