Marketing Director and Administrator

Are you an exceptional, organized professional ready to lead operations, marketing, and social media for a busy real estate team? Our Reno-based group of five agents seeks a full-time admin superstar skilled in creating order from chaos.

You Will:

  • Manage all admin functions—onboarding of agents, document organization, client communications, and compliance.
  • Build and optimize workflows and systems, thriving in a fast-paced, sometimes unstructured setting.
  • Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns for listings and brand visibility—social, paid ads, email, and more.
  • Own our social platforms: post, engage, analyze performance, generate leads.
  • Create engaging content—copywriting, photography, video editing, graphics, reels, property tours.
  • Prepare and present analytics reports: campaign ROI, engagement, lead generation outcomes.
  • Onboard new agents, manage office supplies, and foster team communication.
  • Research market trends, buyer/seller demographics, and competitive positioning.
  • Use advanced Excel, CRMs (MLS, database platforms), and leverage AI tools to automate and optimize tasks.

Who You Are:

  • Exceptionally organized with advanced attention to detail and superb multitasking skills.
  • Gifted communicator—professional in emails, calls, and client-facing situations.
  • Tech-savvy: Proficient across office applications, marketing software, and social platforms; eager to learn new technologies and AI tools.
  • Demonstrated problem-solver—adaptable under pressure, strategically creative.
  • Knowledgeable in real estate compliance, contract processes, and administrative best practices.
  • Experienced in digital marketing, SEO, paid ads, social media strategy, and analytics.
  • High S and C on DISC Assessment—steadfast, conscientious, systematic.
  • Proven ability managing admin and marketing for fast-paced teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 2+ years in admin/marketing role—real estate or service industry strongly preferred.
  • Mastery of Excel, Canva, social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube), and CRM/MLS tools.
  • Experience utilizing AI for content creation, data analysis, or workflow automation.
  • Portfolio of campaign/project work or marketing content samples.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
