Marketing Director - US Knee

The US Primary Knee Marketing Director is responsible in making an impact in the US Knees market and get SN to take sure with an exciting portfolio and pipeline.
The Director will plan and drive downstream marketing strategies and tactics required to drive sustained revenue growth in the highly competitive Knee Reconstruction Market. The Director will work closely with the Sales Teams, Global Marketing; Medical Education, and Sales Training, Supply Chain to build and implement effective marketing strategies and drive commercial execution for the primary knee business. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing, will show leadership skills, and a deep understanding of the orthopaedics industry. This role will supervise a team of two direct reports and will be instrumental in driving our marketing strategy and growth. This position is highly visible internally and externally and it is fundamental for the growth of the entire SN organization.

Location: Field; ideally close to an SN Office (Memphis, TN or Pittsburgh, PA; Andover; MA)

The anticipated base compensation range for this position is $180,000 - 210,000 USD annually (or hourly) The actual base pay offered to the successful candidate will be based on multiple factors, including but not limited to job-related knowledge/skills, experience, geographical location, and internal equity. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at the high end of the range for their role at Smith + Nephew. Compensation decisions are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each position and candidate.
