Marketing & E-Commerce Specialist

Overview:
We are looking for a results-driven Marketing & E-Commerce Specialist to lead our customer communication and lifecycle marketing efforts. This role focuses heavily on email strategy, automation, segmentation, and performance optimization to drive online revenue and retention. Familiarity with social media is beneficial, but email and e-commerce execution will be the primary responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own the complete email marketing lifecycle: campaign planning, segmentation, automation, A/B testing, and optimization.
• Develop personalized customer journeys that increase engagement, conversions, and repeat purchases.
• Manage subscriber list growth, deliverability, and audience health using Klaviyo and other CRM tools.
• Coordinate e-commerce operations including merchandising, product updates, promotions, and customer experience across Shopify and/or Magento.
• Create campaign reporting dashboards, analyze performance, and present actionable insights to leadership.
• Assist with social media content and digital campaign coordination as needed to support broader marketing goals.
• Monitor industry trends and platform updates to continually improve strategy and innovation.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Strong experience in email marketing for e-commerce brands.
• Proficiency with Klaviyo, Shopify, and Magento.
• Solid understanding of segmentation, attribution, and conversion funnel optimization.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into strategy.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Basic creative skills (Canva, Photoshop, or similar)
• Familiarity with paid acquisition channels (Meta Ads, TikTok Ads)
• SEO and digital merchandising knowledge

Pay: From $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
