Marketing & Events Executive

About the Role

We’re looking for a young, energetic, and hands-on Marketing & Events Executive to join our dynamic marketing team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, loves executing ideas flawlessly, and can bring creative marketing plans to life across multiple channels and locations.

You’ll work closely with the Marketing Head to execute marketing campaigns, manage events, coordinate with vendors and partners, and support all operational aspects of our marketing activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Event Management & execution and operations.
• Expedite, coordinate, and execute marketing events, activations, and brand partnerships across UAE.
• Co-ordinate and handle logistics, vendor management, and on-ground brand presence to ensure seamless delivery.
• Support in setup, branding, marketing, and promotional activity execution at events and retail locations and malls.
• Assist in executing marketing campaigns across digital, print, and outdoor platforms.
• Coordinate with creative teams, agencies, and internal departments to ensure timely rollout.
• Manage and track marketing inventories, collaterals, and promotional materials.

Reporting & Analysis

• Maintain campaign reports, event summaries, and marketing calendars.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, mall management, schools, and event partners.
• Represent the brand with professionalism and enthusiasm during activations and public events.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, or Communications (or related field).
• 1–3 years of experience in marketing, events, or brand activations (agency or client side).
• Strong execution mindset — organized, resourceful, and deadline-driven.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and familiar with marketing tools.
• Valid UAE driving license with access to a car or bike.
• Positive attitude, team spirit, and a passion for marketing & events.
