We have an exciting opportunity for a Marketing & Events Graduate to join the team on a temporary contract to support our Middle East venues.

Experience You Will Need:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Hospitality, or a related field.
• Previous experience in marketing, events, or hospitality, preferably within a luxury or lifestyle brand.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills, with fluency in English (spoken and written).
• Highly organised, proactive, and confident managing multiple priorities under pressure.
• Strong understanding of social media coordination and marketing execution.
• Comfortable working independently and supporting operations teams on-site.
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends for live events.

What You Will Be Doing:

• Support COYA Dubai and Abu Dhabi with marketing and events coordination during the busy festive period.
• Assist with the execution of seasonal campaigns, events, and activations.
• Liaise with PR agencies, creative partners, and operations teams to ensure smooth delivery of all marketing activities.
• Coordinate content schedules, creative materials, and on-the-ground logistics.
• Support the creation of in-venue marketing materials such as menus, signage, and flyers.
• Ensure consistent brand representation and efficient communication between the venues and the global marketing team.
