ROLE OVERVIEW

We’re looking for a 24×7 alert, active, and agile communicator - someone who smiles while managing chaos, thinks on their feet, and talks like a storyteller.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Brand Campaigns, Events & Activation Coordination

  • Lead end-to-end coordination for Alive India Artists, concerts, mall activations, brand campaigns, IPs, and media rollouts.
  • Meet clients and partners daily; build strong professional bonds with brands, artists, and collaborators.
  • Manage complete production checklists for every show or campaign - including branding, logistics, hospitality, and guest management.
  • Work closely with creative, audio-video, and brand teams to ensure every event runs flawlessly.
  • Assist in scripting, briefing, and backstage communication for artists, anchors, and brand representatives.

2. Brand Communication & PR

  • Handle all outbound communication with clients, partners, artists, and media houses.
  • Draft and circulate press releases, campaign notes, and official brand mailers.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with PR agencies, lifestyle journalists, and influencer networks.
  • Develop social/digital content briefs, captions, and updates in coordination with the digital team.

3. Marketing & Digital Outreach

  • Drive daily digital engagement - live coverage, story updates, reels, and post-show highlights personally.
  • Plan and execute influencer tie-ups, digital contests, and brand-media collaborations.
  • Exhibit multitasking ability and strong conversational skills across digital and physical channels.
  • Maintain CRM sheets - calls made, leads generated, and partners followed up.
  • Contribute to campaign ideation for music IPs, brand events, and artist promotions.

4. Client, Artist & Vendor Relations

  • Be the voice and face of Alive India - approachable, professional, and dependable.
  • Manage artist hospitality, travel schedules, and on-ground coordination during events.
  • Coordinate with vendors for timely execution, PO confirmations, and post-event settlements.
  • Ensure every call, every message, and every follow-up reflects warmth and clarity.

5. Documentation & Reporting

  • Maintain event reports, PR coverage trackers, and digital analytics summaries.
  • Support in preparing pitch decks and proposals for brand partnerships.
  • Collate photos, videos, and highlights with the production teams for archiving and future use.

Graduate in Media , Mass Communication, PR , Hospitality with Digital Marketing as Core

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
