Junior Marketing Executive – Travel, Tourism & Hospitality (Dubai)

As we grow, we’re looking for a creative and motivated Junior Marketing Executive with strong Digital Marketing, Website Development, and Social Media skills to help us expand our brand presence and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

Primary:

• Drive online & offline marketing campaigns with a focus on ROI.

• Design, develop, and maintain company websites (WordPress, plugins, analytics).

• Coordinate with developers/agencies for website improvements & new features.

• Manage social media accounts (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.).

• Ensure consistent branding across all digital channels.

• Work closely with the Sales team to boost visibility and bookings.

Secondary:

• Create engaging content (videos, ads, flyers, presentations).

• Support team members in enhancing their professional social media presence.

• Stay updated with travel & marketing trends, bringing fresh ideas to the table.

✅ What We’re Looking For

• REQUIRED: Knowledge of digital ads & analytics platforms (SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Analytics, GEO, AIO, etc.).

• REQUIRED: Website development knowledge (WordPress, JavaScript, integrations with marketing systems).

• Degree in Digital Marketing, Tourism, Business, Hospitality, IT, Computer Applications, or related field (or equivalent experience).

• Strong communication skills in English (other languages are a plus).

• Creative, energetic, and proactive personality.

• Good presentation & healthy lifestyle attitude.

• Experience in travel/hospitality is a plus (but not required).

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: Up to AED 6,500/month (net) + insurance & benefits (per UAE law).

• Visa: Employment visa provided.

• Performance Bonus: Based on revenue contribution.

• Growth: Salary review after 6-month probation.

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
