We are looking for a Marketing Executive who will be responsible to assist the Marketing team with all related marketing requirements and responsible for the daily implementation of strategic marketing initiatives. The role will be responsible for coordinating internal and external stakeholders to ensure success of the department’s activities including administration, research, report generation and stakeholder management.
Key Responsibilities

Assist in planning and executing local and regional marketing campaigns across online and offline channels for assigned brands.

Provide end-to-end support for events, exhibitions, and brand activations, including planning, logistics, vendor coordination, and on-site.

Assists in managing marketing plans, and liaising with the internal and external stakeholders to ensure information is clearly communicated and plans are scheduled and executed on time.

Undertake research to identify new vendors and liaises and maintains relationships with suppliers.

Conduct market research and analysis to evaluate trends, brand awareness and competition ventures / competitive analysis.

Monitor progress of campaigns using various metrics and submit reports of performance, suggest corrective measures as required.

Update marketing calendar and work on gathering the required content ensuring that it is regularly updated.

Oversee the creation of marketing content, ensuring consistency with brand tone, visual identity, and luxury positioning.

Oversee regular updates of brand pages and banners on Seddiqi.com to ensure a seamless and engaging customer experience.

Draft, review, and brief the team on updates for layouts and website content.

Collaborate with PR agencies and media partners to enhance brand awareness and visibility.

Ensure SKU consistency, proper categorization, and accurate product recommendations across the websites with the brand management team.

Support the Management team with the development of clear and strategic briefs for creative, PR, media, and production agencies, ensuring deliverables are aligned with campaign objectives, brand guidelines, and timelines.

Contribute creative ideas for storytelling, customer engagement, and luxury brand experiences.

Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, evaluate brand awareness, and support strategic planning.

Ensure smooth alignment of digital campaigns with offline activations and strategic initiatives

Coordinate the installation and dismantling of pop-ups and in-mall activations.

Co-coordinates with the communication team regarding upcoming campaigns and collates information on campaign effectiveness through monitoring social media traffic.

Work closely with the sales team to support retail marketing initiatives and clientelling efforts.

Monitor and report on campaign performance and sales impact; leverage insights to recommend optimizations and improve results.

Compiles all budgets for events/exhibits and follows up on invoices and payments with internal and external stakeholders.

Compiles post event reports including costs, marketing activities and presentations for internal use, including tracking guest lists, supplier list, references and record keeping purposes for future events.

Assist in managing vendor relationships and ensuring timely delivery of marketing assets and services.

Managing logistics for events including planning, procurement, gift sourcing, coordination and follow up on all requirements.

Prepare Minutes of Meetings & reporting.
In order to be successful in this role, you should have:

Bachelor Degree or equivalent.

1-3 years job related experience.
-
Minimum 2 years experience in local market in marketing.
-
Familiar with different forms of PR, marketing, and media.

An excellent working knowledge of IT and all applications relating to communications.
