Key Responsibilities:
Market Research & Analytics:
- Conduct competitive research and consumer insight analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and risks.
- Translate marketing data into actionable strategies and performance insights.
- Prepare and present regular reports on campaign effectiveness, ROI, and brand performance
Content Development & Brand Communication:
- Oversee the development of marketing materials, including brochures, digital assets, and web content.
- Collaborate with creative teams to maintain a consistent brand voice and visual identity across all touchpoints.
- Ensure content quality, messaging accuracy, and campaign alignment.
Social Media & Digital Marketing:
- Strategize and manage content calendars across social platforms, ensuring engaging, on-brand content and timely execution.
- Develop and optimise digital marketing campaigns to drive traffic, engagement, and conversions.
- Monitor platform performance, analyse KPIs, and implement data-driven enhancements.
- Manage partnerships with relevant influencers to amplify brand reach and engagement.
SEO:
- Create original, engaging content that speaks to target audiences and meets SEO goals.
- Conduct detailed technical SEO audits and implement recommendations.
- Deliver keyword research and content strategies to improve rankings and conversions.
- Manage link acquisition campaigns and monitor backlink profiles.
- Track, report and analyse performance to demonstrate ROI.

Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in Marketing roles
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Creative thinker with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritize workload to meet deadlines and to manage periods of heavy & conflicting work demands
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and content marketing strategies.
