About The Role

We are looking for a creative and trend-savvy Marketing Executive to join The Little Things team. This role is ideal for someone who lives and breathes pop culture, can spot what’s trending, and knows how to translate it into engaging content and campaigns. You’ll be responsible for creating content, running campaigns, and building connections with our audience through creative storytelling.

Key Responsibilities

  • Content Creation
  • Develop engaging content (images, videos, captions, blogs) that reflects both our brand voice and current pop culture trends.
  • Manage and update the social media content calendar with fresh, relevant ideas.
  • Create marketing assets using tools like Canva, Photoshop, or video editing software.
  • Campaign Management
  • Plan, execute, and monitor digital campaigns across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Google Ads, etc.).
  • Run seasonal promotions, product launches, and special campaigns that connect with trending topics.
  • Track campaign results and adjust strategies for maximum impact.
  • Community & Trend Engagement
  • Stay on top of pop culture, memes, viral trends, and new platform features—and creatively apply them to our content.
  • Engage with followers by responding to comments, DMs, and participating in online conversations.
  • Collaborate with influencers and creators who align with our brand and audience.
  • Reporting & Insights
  • Monitor key performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversions).
  • Share insights and recommendations to continuously improve content and campaign performance.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (preferred).
  • 1–3 years of experience in marketing, content creation, or campaign management.
  • Strong knowledge of pop culture, social media trends, and digital storytelling.
  • Creative skills with design and editing tools (Canva, Photoshop, video editing apps).
  • Familiarity with Meta Ads, Google Ads, and social media analytics.
  • Excellent communication and writing skills in English.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to juggle multiple projects.
