Marketing Executive

Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and creative Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, developing, and executing marketing campaigns to promote our company’s services and brand. You will play a key role in increasing brand awareness, generating leads, and supporting business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing strategies and campaigns across multiple channels (digital, social media, print, and events).
• Create engaging content for social media platforms, websites, newsletters, and other communication materials.
• Manage and update the company’s social media accounts, ensuring consistent brand messaging.
• Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, trends, and competitor activities.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies to deliver high-quality marketing materials.
• Plan and execute events, promotions, and sponsorships to enhance brand visibility.
• Track and analyze campaign performance, preparing regular reports with actionable insights.
• Support the sales team with marketing materials and lead generation activities.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in marketing or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools, social media platforms, and content creation.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Creative thinker with attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with design/marketing tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite) is a plus.
