Marketing Executive

We’re looking for a Marketing Executive who can seamlessly combine strategic thinking with hands-on digital execution. Someone who not only helps us decide what to say and who to say it to — but also ensures it gets said in the most impactful way, across the right online channels.

You’ll work directly with the founders to design and implement marketing strategies, create and coordinate digital campaigns, and lead communication initiatives that align with our business goals. From content planning to campaign performance, you’ll be at the centre of how we present our brand to the world.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the founding team to translate vision into marketing strategies that drive measurable business results
• Design and oversee digital marketing campaigns across social media, content, and email
• Create content (posts, presentations, marketing collateral) and coordinate with designers, writers, and interns for execution
• Manage and grow our digital presence, ensuring consistency of brand voice across channels
• Monitor campaign performance and digital analytics, provide insights, and refine strategies
• Collaborate with a global team to ensure alignment and timely execution of initiatives

Requirements

• Strong interest or background in digital marketing, social media, and brand communication
• Ability to craft compelling narratives and translate product features into engaging content
• Hands-on experience with social media platforms, content creation, and digital campaign management
• Strong strategic thinking, with the ability to move from big picture to execution quickly
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Proactive, creative, and comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously

Compensation Structure:

Rs. 15,000/- per month

Job Type: Full-time
