About the Position
The Marketing Executive will support the planning, execution, and monitoring of marketing campaigns to enhance brand visibility, customer engagement, and sales performance across Abuissa Holding’s diverse portfolio. The role requires creativity, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-brand environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies, campaigns, and promotions for assigned brands.
- Coordinate with internal teams, retail outlets, and external agencies to execute marketing activities effectively.
- Support digital and social media initiatives, including content creation, posting schedules, and community management.
- Assist in planning and executing events, product launches, and in-store activations.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to recommend improvements.
- Track campaign performance and prepare reports on ROI, reach, and engagement.
- Ensure brand guidelines are followed across all marketing collateral and communication.
- Manage day-to-day coordination with suppliers, designers, printers, and media partners.
- Maintain marketing calendars and ensure timely execution of planned initiatives.
- Support the marketing team with administrative tasks and budget tracking.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in marketing, preferably in retail, fashion, luxury, or FMCG.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of digital marketing tools and social media platforms is an advantage.
- Creativity with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Fluency in English & Arabic is required.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: QAR6,000.00 - QAR6,500.00 per month
