Marketing Executive

Job Summary:
Pluto Travels is looking for enthusiastic and creative Marketing Freshers to join our team in the travel industry.
The role involves assisting in promoting our travel products, increasing brand awareness, supporting online/offline campaigns, and engaging customers through innovative marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in developing and implementing marketing campaigns to promote travel packages, destinations, and services.Support social media marketing activities including content creation, posting, and engagement across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.).
Help in designing promotional materials, newsletters, and digital advertisements.
Coordinate with travel consultants and sales teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.
Research market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities.
Assist in organizing promotional events, travel fairs, and brand collaborations.Maintain and update the company website and online listings.
Monitor campaign performance and prepare basic reports on marketing results.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Travel & Tourism, Mass Communication, or a related field.Strong communication and creative thinking skills.
Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing concepts.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and design tools (Canva, Photoshop, etc.) is an added advantage.
Eagerness to learn about travel products, destinations, and customer engagement.
Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to take initiative.
